Program Intensive e-Shared Prosperity Organisation (i-eSPO) is a structured initiative designed to help organizations or participants adopt and promote shared prosperity and sustainability practices through a series of learning and support activities. It typically consists of three key components:
Training: This phase involves providing participants with essential knowledge and skills related to sustainable business practices, social responsibility, and economic equity. Training sessions may cover topics like environmental stewardship, ethical business strategies, social impact, and inclusive growth, empowering participants to implement shared prosperity principles in their organizations.
Handholding Sessions: These are personalized or group coaching sessions that provide ongoing guidance and support to participants as they apply the concepts learned in the training. The "handholding" approach ensures that participants receive expert assistance, address challenges they face, and refine their strategies for creating sustainable and inclusive practices within their organizations.
Final Sharing Presentation: In this phase, participants share the outcomes, lessons learned, and the strategies they implemented during the program. This final presentation allows them to demonstrate how they have integrated the principles of shared prosperity into their practices and provides an opportunity for feedback and further refinement.
The program is designed to ensure that organizations not only gain knowledge but also receive practical support in applying sustainability and shared prosperity concepts, with the final presentation serving as a platform for celebrating successes and sharing best practices.
