CTRM Aero Composites Sdn Bhd has been recognised with the prestigious Industry Excellence Award 2024, marking the culmination of a seven-year transformation journey guided by the Malaysia Business Excellence Framework (MBEF).

The MBEF, administered by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), serves as a comprehensive tool to enhance organisational productivity and competitiveness.

 Highlighting its impact, Director General of MPC, Zahid Ismail, stated, “The MBEF is more than a framework; it is a powerful tool that drives productivity and organisational transformation.

 By following MBEF principles, companies can enhance their efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve higher productivity, making them competitive globally.”

CTRM Aero Composites leveraged the MBEF to assess and validate its improvement initiatives across leadership, strategy, information, customers, workforce, processes, and results.
