In addressing the traffic congestion issues at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, a project is underway to develop strategies for improved transportation, particularly targeting its impact on the productivity of companies' workers. The initiative, involving collaboration with local authorities and businesses, aims to streamline traffic flow and enhance accessibility. The project seeks to create a more efficient and sustainable transportation system, ultimately fostering an environment where companies can operate seamlessly. This development project for Daif schools is listed in the Bitara Madani Project, led by the STAR Team. The project has received high-level attention, and the STAR Team, in collaboration with MPC, is responsible for coordinating engagement sessions with stakeholders to assess project implementation. To date, several sessions have taken place, and as a result, some processes have been successfully expedited, improved, and strengthened.

In 2019, MPC collaborated with KKTP, Sabah Attorney General's Office, and six Sabah Local Authorities to enhance licensing procedures, creating Application Guidelines and an SOP Manual for Local Authority Operation Licenses. In 2022, MPC, with Sabah JPAN and KKTP, standardized Licensing Application Guidelines under Small Laws, aligning with Good Regulatory Practice in Sabah to support Sabah Maju Jaya Direction (SMJ 1.0:2021-2025) for improved service delivery and national progress.

This program supports the government's RM200 million allocation for outsourcing activities, aiding budgeting and resource allocation. By using Casemix, Normah Medical Specialist Centre can optimize service delivery, ensuring precise, transparent, and data-driven healthcare management.
