This project aims to enhance the efficiency and reduce the costs of blood sample transportation at Hospital Kajang by addressing delays caused by frequent traffic congestion between its secondary facility and the main building, located 1-kilometer apart. The current method, which relies heavily on staff and vehicles, is resource-intensive and inefficient, impacting diagnostic timelines and patient care.
By implementing drone technology, the project seeks to streamline delivery processes, bypass traffic, reduce operational costs, and improve overall reliability. This innovative approach promises faster sample transport, better resource utilization, and enhanced healthcare service quality.
