The "Fast Track" construction project is an initiative designed to expedite the approval process for development projects in Kuantan. The pilot project, focusing on the development of a tire factory, aims to streamline processes such as plan approvals, application reviews, and construction work without compromising legal or technical requirements.
By streamlining bureaucratic procedures, Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan (MBK) aims to make it easier for investors to start projects, improving overall efficiency and productivity. In collaboration with all technical agencies together with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), this effort is designed to create a more business-friendly environment and attract more investment to Pahang.

Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh (MPT) is currently implementing a "Fast Track" construction project aimed at expediting the approval of development projects. This initiative represents an enhancement of existing work processes, thereby increasing the ease of doing business and attracting more investments.
The project establishes a more effective platform for engaging with industry players and investors. In collaboration with the Pahang state government and the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), MPT is committed to simplifying and expediting the process of issuing construction permits to investors. This initiative is expected to improve efficiency and productivity, while also creating a more business-friendly and attractive environment for investors in the state of Pahang.

In collaboration with the Kelantan State Government and GrasiCili, a chili farm is being developed based on the concept of cluster agriculture/contract farming on a 10-acre land in Kelantan Bio Valley, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. It is expected to enhance the productivity and added value of the agricultural sector in Kelantan, while also creating job opportunities, particularly for the B40 group and the impoverished citizens of this state. In addition, by contributing to the domestic investment of Kelantan, the spillover effects of the project are anticipated to be felt across the local economic chain, thereby helping to boost economic growth in the state.

This development project for Daif schools is listed in the Bitara Madani Project, led by the STAR Team. The project has received high-level attention, and the STAR Team, in collaboration with MPC, is responsible for coordinating engagement sessions with stakeholders to assess project implementation. To date, several sessions have taken place, and as a result, some processes have been successfully expedited, improved, and strengthened.

The Melaka Industrial Booster (MIB), launched on November 24, 2023, by the Chief Minister of Melaka, is designed to drive investments, ensuring sustainable productivity growth and economic development. A collaborative effort with Invest Melaka Berhad and facilitated by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation, MIB draws inspiration from successful models like the E10 and Kulai Fast Lane. The Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council (MPHTJ) pioneers the MIB pilot, focusing on Dominant Opto Technology's construction, bringing an investment of RM200 million and generating 2,000 job opportunities. MPHTJ's innovative process improvements, including accelerated approvals and simultaneous procedures, aim to complete the pilot by 2024. Notably, operation licenses can be issued within 24 hours after obtaining the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). The Melaka State Government encourages all Local Authorities to adopt the MIB Manual by Q1 2024, enhancing efficiency in industrial development initiatives.
